The stages are simple. The handoffs — which is where most builds fall apart — don't exist, because it's the same crew from kickoff to keys.
Discover
Two weeks with your brand team and ours. We learn the story — the brand, the customer, the store that should exist. We leave with a clear brief and a fixed budget.
Design
Concept, then design development, then construction documents. Renders, material boards, fixture prototypes. You sign off at each gate. No surprises at the shop.
Build
Our shop fabricates your millwork, signage, and fixtures while the GC takes the shell. You get shop photos every Friday and a project manager who answers the phone.
Install
Our own crew on site. They set, level, plug in, and tune. Punch list closes before you leave opening day. Keys land in your hand on schedule.
